Ying’s Experience (Facilitator)

As a facilitator, the programme feels vaguely familiar yet strange. I was Alice in wonderland, and it was an honor to enter this world the batch has created together.

We give meanings to the words we say, we can take them away as well.

What then become of these words? It is now free to become.

We give labels to ourselves, to others; so that we can make sense of certain behavior, give ourselves somewhere to “belong”.

What then becomes of us, when we take the labels away?

While I watch the progress of each participant, I myself am learning and discovering alongside. It’s been an incredibly fulfilling journey, watching them frustrate at incomprehensible ideas together and finding their own eureka moments.

The journey of WOTs will always be a work in progress, so am I, and with everyone that has been a part of this.
