Work On The Self Trial Session

SGD 15.00
sold out

Work On The Self is a movement and play programme for youths and adults to make sense of our selves and our relations with the world.

What if we could break out of habits and structures? What if we could challenge ourselves, and form our own questions and answers, so that our world gets bigger? What if our bodies could be the change?

This 90-minute session will introduce the Work On The Self process to pre-participants, so that you can make a more informed decision about your participation in the full 5/10-week programme. This programme is supported by the National Youth Fund.

“I just want to say: it’s the best playground I have taken a risk to put myself into.”

- Giang from Batch 5

“The instructors provide clear and concise explanations. They have the sensibility to allow for moments to be experienced by the self and charisma to entice the unknowing participants to some of the craziest things I’ve done to discover my being.”

- Wes-ley from Batch 5

Upcoming trials:

12th August 2023, 7-8.30pm (@Sigma Collective Space)

19th August 2023, 7-8.30pm (@Sigma Collective Space)
